  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and cooked rice in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, broccoli, and rice, and stir to combine everything well.
  5. Then transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. If using, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
