- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and cooked rice in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, broccoli, and rice, and stir to combine everything well.
- Then transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- If using, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
