- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
- 2 envelopes of chicken gravy mix (0.87 oz)
- 1/2 cup water or you can use chicken broth, (optional)
- Hot steamed rice
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Mix together the soup, gravy mix, and water (if needed).
- Pour over the chicken.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
- Break the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces Before serving.
- Serve over hot steamed rice or mashed potatoes
